Pure Barre, St. Louis

Beginning in 2001 as a small fitness operation, Pure Barre has since blossomed into a widely acclaimed, widely publicized approach to exercise with a nationwide following. Each 50-minute Pure Barre class is broken into four sections (arms, seat, thighs, and abs) and set to customized music. The high-intensity, low-impact routines change frequently, keeping workouts challenging and fun. Dedicated participants of the method often see significant results in as little as few as three to four weeks.
