Studio B Fitness was founded by Owner Tammy Skalko, as a "Safe Haven" for anyone and everyone to come in, work out, and feel great about themselves while doing so! We are a body positive fitness center, and our main focus is working with our clients to help them achieve both their fitness and body goals.
