What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

ZappFit is a boutique fitness studio delivering high intensity work outs in small classes, bringing the energy and motivation of group classes, with the personal attention and education of 1 on 1 training Zapp is the only studio in the area that focuses on the individual as well as the group.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I was taking a lot of boutique classes in NYC and decided that an upscale, social, and scientific work out as long over due in NJ. The traditional fitness classes in big box gyms and YMCA's yield little to no results.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the social environment, meeting new people, and most importantly helping people get in great shape!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

A giant bear hug after I helped a customer lose 4 sizes!
