We provide a total approach to health. We offer programs that combine dance with a personalized diet and exercise program. It's all about results!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Daniela, our Fitness Manager and one of our personal trainers, started Legacy LA in 2016. Legacy LA combines her love of teaching Zumba and helping her friends reach their fitness goals.
