What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We wanted Flolo Holistic to be an oasis of calm in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Every aspect of your body and mind are cared for and our mission is to send that calm, relaxed feeling home with everyone that walks through our doors.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the reactions that I get from clients and even the news media. We have become famous for our floats and our unique laser hair removal treatments that New York Magazine calls "significantly less painful" than other spas.
