As LA's premier sailing school, charter, and club, our top notch instructors have over 28 years of experience, a passion for sailing, and the proper credentials (USCG licensed captains and ASA instructor certifications). We have beautiful 25ft - 56ft boats, a yacht racing program (yep... we'll teach you how!), member prices, and adventures of a lifetime!

What equipment do you provide? What do visitors need to bring? We provide the fully equipped yacht and the certified instructor. We recommend that you bring a windbreaker/jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water (no glass bottles), lifejacket/PFD if you own one, boat shoes (non slip, non-marketing soles), and a smile!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The inspiration behind Blue Pacific Yachting is to bring the joy of sailing to LA! We provide a great entry into this exclusive sport... whether you're interested in a relaxing day on the water, getting over to Catalina Island for the weekend, or racing yachts out on the bay... we have it all!

What do you love most about your job? We love seeing how excited our students get when they realize that they can accomplish what seem's impossible... learning how to calmly and confidently handle a yacht as they successfully guide it through the traffic in the marina and out onto the open ocean. It's an experience of a lifetime.
