• Positron Party: Students can kick off the weekend each Friday with this medium- to high-flow yoga class set to music, which encourages participants' self-expression.
• Yin: This 90-minute class focuses on relaxation by holding poses for extended time periods. These prolonged postures not only stretch the body's connective tissues but encourage a deeper connection between the mind and body.
