Wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to have fun and work hard!!!! Don't worry, its all about working at your own level of fitness and at your own pace. Our instructors are there to motivate you and keep that positive energy flowing!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to combine the adrenaline and high-energy of kickboxing with a chance for busy New Yorkers to get fit the fastest way possible!!
