What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Here at Fit 5 gym, we are not your average cookie cut boot camp routine where everybody is running through the same workout. We design your workout based on you as an individual because what works for Joe may not work for Jane. Your fitness goals are our number one priority.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We find out what works for our clients, getting results is a highly motivating factor plus we keep the workouts fun and engaging.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My grandmother passed away from a stroke in her 60s....the fact is most of our loved ones develop illnesses and/or pass away from a condition that is for the most part preventable through eating healthier and exercising. It is our passion to improve people's life through fitness.

What do you love most about your job?
We love every moment that we change someone's life. Here at Fit 5 gym, we work with all different ages, but the biggest joy is when our 92 year client drastically improved his ability to walk without assistance. Everyday that we help someone get better, its an accomplishment.
