The Dynamite Roll is our most popular dish. It is prepared with our specialty in house hot sauce.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As each generation handled their own business, I knew that I would inherit the family tradition and continue the legacy by providing fantastic food.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is watching someone smile because I know that I’ve done well and have a very good chance of getting them to return.
