Steven and Holly welcome you to the Padgen Method of healing arts website, we are a Structural Integration and bodywork/massage therapy studio. Steven and Holly invite you to experience the life changing effects of therapeutic massage and bodywork.

The Padgen Method of Healing Arts are therapy based in science and expressed in the hand on healing arts. Our therapy methods focus on ‘better”, helping you feel “better”, “move better and live better”. Our approach begins with education and information creating a path for healing that fits your journey. By design every session moves you towards “better”, removing obstacle that keep you in unhealthy patterns moving away from pain and dysfunction to your better, healthier, pain-free self.

Steven Padgen has been in private practice since 1991. His practice is centered in the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf and her Ten-sessions of Structural Integration (the recipe), the work of William Sutherland’s Cranial-Osteopathy and Per Henrik Lings Swedish System of Movement (Swedish massage).

Holly Lundskog has been in practice since 1997, she has many years of experience working in the spa industry. Holly has studied Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy, and Aromatherapy. Her knowledge of these methods combined with her intuitive abilities creates a unique bodywork experience.
