At Yogurt Lab, the guest plays the role of frozen-yogurt scientist. Customers fill a 12- or 16-ounce cup from a choice of 16 flavors, like harvest apple pie and eggnog, that rotate regularly to ensure new, bold flavors all the time. Then, they mix and match a huge assortment of toppings, from cherries and kiwi to sunflower seeds and Cap'n Crunch.

Alternatively, they can choose from a combination crafted by a fro-yo expert, such as the Joyful Delight, a mix of dark chocolate and coconut sprinkled with coconut flakes.
