Our members have 24/7 365 access to over 3K clubs globally. We provide our members with top of the line equipment, free classes, personal showers in clean facilities, with security monitoring ensuring they’re safety. You can improve your exercise regimens by joining our small groups/team training.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We recognize our members for their achievements and have developed a world class training team to help coach, inspire and drive accountability. We are constantly looking for new classes to offer and we change our training regimen weekly.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To change peoples lives and help them to achieve their health goals. We are also excited to make a difference in the communities that we are in and are partnering with local charities and churches.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting our members and listening to their stories, they inspire me everyday. It is awesome to be a part of a team that is changing people lives!!!
