Josselyn is a NASM certified personal trainer who specializes in weight/ fat loss, muscle building, weight training and strength and conditioning. Josselyn works a wide variety of clients, varying from ages, fitness levels and lifestyles. Her goal is to make sure clients are learning and properly performing exercises, being educated on nutrition, making progress, and learning to love to live a active healthy lifestyle. Josselyn Wants all clients to learn to be confident in and out of the gym.
