What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Zumba was great but I've upgraded my class offerings to a combination of cardio, strengthening, stretch, and pole fitness, all while upgrading your flirty skills.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

As we get older, we lose muscle, our joints ache, and bending becomes problematic. We need more than heart health (cardio). We need firm curves, a strong body, and flexibility for agility. We want absolute body symmetry.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing my students redefine their bodies, as they learn to love and accept themselves. I love to see their boost in confidence, that they can be strong and sexy at any level.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Many of my students feel like they have no rhythm. Once they find out that rhythm comes with practice, they surprise themselves. The look of surprise on their face is my most rewarding reaction.
