What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Qi Gong classes teach a very easy and accessible mindfulness practice and can be done by people of any age or health status. The individual sessions involve energy healing techniques to increase and circulate Qi (life force). This clears and revitalizes the body-mind which can optimize functioning.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
As students experience the benefits of Qi Gong, which are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, motivation happens naturally. Practice becomes its own reward. And DVD's are available to make home practice easier.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to expand beyond my psychotherapy practice in what I can offer clients to promote health and well-being; and Qi Gong can often reach a deeper level than words and stories are able to reach. And I wanted to share with others the benefits that I have experienced from practicing Qi Gong.

What do you love most about your job?
Teaching classes and doing healing sessions keep me energized and moving forward in my own healing process. The fact that it is a continual learning process is exciting, and there is a spiritual side of Qi Gong which is very fulfilling.
