In the Kitchen
A prime example of the kitchen's flexibility: they can make gluten-free pasta upon request, meaning everyone can taste the rich vodka sauce and vegetable julienne of the absolut penne. The slow-roasted pork and other meat dishes can also be prepared differently, perhaps served beneath mushrooms and herbs or marinara and mozzarella. The Ambiance
It's only fitting that Fabio Piccolo Fiore's decor echoes Italy. Recreations of Renaissance works by Leonardo da Vinci, Bronzino, and Raphael line one wall of the dining room. A painted mural of an Italian street covers another. There's also nightly piano music. Or to get away from it all, diners can simply grab a cozy table for two on the patio and pretend that the nearby skyscrapers are some of Italy's famous giant breadsticks.
