What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We are a inclusive yoga studio we welcome guests of all level, weight, ect. We do our best while teaching to not leave anyone behind we offer modifications and resting at your own time is an option.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

We keep clients motivated with our up beat music. We always offer resting time during classes. There is a little something for everyone.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We were inspired to create this space for you Newark did not have a studio space and now it's here and ready to serve people like you in starting or continuing your practice.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing everyone develop overtime learn new poses is what really fills us with love. Seeing guests come back and creating friendships.
