What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Greeted by a handshake from the owner, which is something you don't see too often nowadays. I saw him wiping and cleaning the machines in the self service section. He obviously took great pride in the business; the place was immaculately clean and well run. I won't go anyplace else when I'm in town.
