What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The main inspiration behind this business is the people. We want our guests to feel catered to, as if they are not just a number.

What do you love most about your job? I am outside everyday enjoying this beautiful place that God created, sharing it with people from all over the world as if they are my personal guests.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? This is more of a story... I'll never forget 96 year old Ruby. Ruby came to Niagara Falls with her family, she just had open heart surgery and her family told her they would bring her to Niagara falls when she got better. She booked our six hour tour and all day I escorted her in her wheelchair. On to the Maid of the Mist we stood at the bow like Jack and Rose from Titanic. At the cave of the winds, I asked "If we take our time, can you do this flight of stairs"? We went and stood directly under Niagara Falls. At the end of the day. Ruby thanked me so much, she cried, grabbed me around the neck and wouldn't let go.... Ruby is why I love this job like I do.
