Kid Warrior Gym, Omaha

As studies have show, movement and free play help improve cognitive and basic-motor skills in children. That's why Kids Warrior Gym provides an indoor course for ages 4–12. Through open gym time, it challenges kids to conquer obstacles—think swinging ropes, trampolines, and rock-climbing walls—helping them improve their balance and build strength as they develop into mini-athletes. The gym is designed to challenge the physical and mental agility of young ones, encouraging perseverance and discipline. Along with providing free-play time, Kids Warrior Gym offers weekly classes and hosts birthday parties and field trips.

Highlights

• Spider Walls: Children pretend they're Spider-Man as they inch their way up two parallel walls.
• Warp Walls: Speed is key as the runner sprints up a curved wall to grasp a bar at the top.
• Quintuple Steps: Athletes jump across four platforms, each angled 45-degrees, to reach the end without touching the ground.
• Balance Balls: Kids run across a series of descending balance balls, trying not to fall to the padded floor below.
