The customer service is not good at all we had a miscommunication on the scheduling which resulted in a $30 fee to reschedule which is absolutely fine. I don't expect preferencial treatment however her delivery on the conversation was unprofessional. I didn't feel comfortable going back. I try to support my own but for some reason people lack customer service skills.

Cornelia I’m sorry you saw it that way, but that’s definitely not w happened. I am a black owned business and run my business very professionally, all of my policies and fees are listed on my scheduling site. I insist everyone reads the policies prior to booking. You were over 15 minutes late for your appointment and I advised you that there would be a $15 late fee, which is listed on the scheduling site and became agitated and stood in the doorway as if you were unsure if you wanted service or not, when I told you we were already behind and needed to get started on your treatment because had other appointments scheduled right after yours, you became even more agitated and started displaying aggressive behavior so I calmly told you that I was not going to service you and to get a refund from Groupon. I am a solo esthetician and will not work with any client who seems hostile or aggressive.
