Easy & convenient. would help if the ticket window and lineups were a bit more defined .. it seemed to be somewhat of an organized confusion. Nevertheless we had fun!

I didn't know if you went later in the day that it was only to the halfway mark. Didn't say on the website either.

It was fun some of the cashiers were a little slow and the bus filled up so some people didn't get on to get back to their cars

The only issue is the shuttle left without us and took a long time to come back so we taxi'd back and it totally defeated the purpose of getting shuttle service. I'd rent tubes but not buy shuttle if I go again.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Worse of all, the employees were careless in how they threw their inter-tubes onto the bus. My wife was hit by an inter-tube; another passenger was hit by the tube on the head; and another passenger was nearly missed. Seriously, someone could have been injured by their carelessness. What if the tube had hit a kid and gave him/her a concussion? Absolutely unacceptable.

We had no idea that it was suitable for all ages! We were 4 adults and 2 children (age 2 & 4). The kids had water-wings and shared our tubes, so no charge. Everyone totally enjoyed the day - the kids had a blast!!!

The staff at the reception area were rude and uninterested. The staff on the bus and at pickup were great.

From Our Editors

Aboard inflatable tubes, summertime revellers float lazily down the 7-kilometre River Channel, which runs between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. At the end of their one- to two-hour jaunts (travel time varies depending on river conditions), buses chauffeur them back to Coyote Cruises' parking lot rather than force them to pair up and fashion their tubes into makeshift bicycles. Staffers recommend patrons bring water, sunscreen and a hat on their trips.
