Dr Jaime A. Tobonis a veteran of the United States Army and a former Sergeant. His Army tours include: Germany, Honduras, and Fort Riley, Kansas. After receiving an honorable discharge Dr. Tobon decided to attended Kansas State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Tobon attended the University of Missouri School of Dentistry in Kansas City. While in dental school he completed oral surgery externships at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, and at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. Upon graduation, Dr. Tobon decided to further his education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. Dr Tobon uses this advanced training to help serve his patients. His main focus while in residency was in advanced oral surgery procedures including dental implant surgery as well as endodontics. Other interests include computer guided implant placement, and TMD therapy. Dr. Tobon has shown a commitment to dental excellence. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and is pursuing Fellowship in the American Academy of Implant Dentists. In his spare time, Dr. Tobon enjoys spending time with his wife Daniela, son Adrian, and daughter Elena and their boxer Rocky. They enjoy trying new foods, traveling to new places, and going to the movies.
