Apron's Soul Food, Philadelphia

Nearly everything about Apron's Soul Food feels like a classic Southern-style restaurant. The mom-and-pop shop is warm and inviting, and there are lots of regulars. The menu is also very traditional, with eats such as catfish, greens, mac 'n' cheese, and housemade peach cobbler. There are a few surprises, however, such as a chicken florentine sandwich, thrown in to make Apron's stand out.
