For more than 30 years, the staff at Texadelphia having been putting a Texas spin on the classic philly cheesesteak sandwich. They top rolls with a choice of 100% Angus beef or chicken, which they then layer with the traditional toppings of melted cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers. From there, the Texas ingredients take over: spicy jalapenos, queso, and guacamole. Chefs can incorporate the house's signature mustard blend, or infuse the sandwiches with hickory sauce, buffalo chicken and bleu cheese, or a range of peppers. No matter what is ordered, each entree comes served with complementary chips and salsa, much like a traditional day at a Texas spa.
