I have over 35yrs experience in boxing as an amateur & professional, also I have trained groups of 20-30, private 1on1 & MMA pros. for fitness & competition.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Believe in your self. If he can do it & she can do it. You can do it also. You are what you believe, Think positive.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My love for boxing & the lifetime relationships I have build with coaches fellow boxers & students.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the enjoy in my students faces from learning the art or losing weight or toning & knowing they made progress.
