Cardinal Yoga and Bodywork, Rockland

Cardinal Yoga and Bodywork offers yoga for all abilities with a variety of classes ranging from gentle flow/beginner yoga to moderate flow yoga including restorative and yin. Private and semi-private classes are available upon request. All instructors are graduates of at least 200 hour yoga teacher training programs. Many have specialized training and certifications and continuing education is a must. Cardinal Yoga and Bodywork offers Massage Therapy by Licensed Massage Therapist Greg Belcher Reiki Master Teacher.
