What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I'm attentive to each client as individuals and truely want the best results for each of you. My initial focus isn't on weight or numbers but getting the client moving and feeling good about starting to workout. Getting started is always the most difficult aspect of changing.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
It's my job to show you that fitness doesn't have to be a chore. The workout routines vary and continuously challenge you making you want to come back and keep getting better.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Owning my own futness studio.

What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with different individuals and watching them go through the process of making them feel better about themselves.
