You will never have the same workout twice! We constantly change our format to keep the muscles and you guessing!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have a strong comradery among our Bootcampers. We encourage and support each other. We create the accountability you need for motivation to get out of bed each morning!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a strong desire to improve Health and wellness in the Louisville community. This is one step in doing so.

What do you love most about your job?
The members!!! When you see that turn in them from dreading exercise to a love, that they hate to miss. That makes it worth it every time!
