What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It's not just a butt-kicking workout: It’s a community. We encourage each other in & out of class; whether it's through playgroups, nights out, passing along mom-advice at the end of a good sweat, or running around Monterey in 5k races, we support each other more than your gym membership ever could!

What do you love most about your job?
Watching moms lead active and healthy lifestyles, reach fitness goals they never thought possible, and build irreplaceable friendships - all while their little ones are watching!
