Spinderella Studios, Sammamish

Spinderella studios is a small and intimate space with four poles that will help you discover a new and fun way to workout and feel great. No experience is needed to start this journey, just the need for adventure. Our instructors will guide you through a warm up, stretch, some basics of handling the pole with spins and finally a gentle cool down. This workout is good for your mind, body and soul.
