Alex Orozco from Massage 4 ur Health is a licensed Holistic Health Practitioner and Massage Therapist. She graduated from Kaplan College (formerly known as Maric College) and boasts over ten years of hands-on experience. In her therapeutic work, she mixes different massage modalities to individually tailor treatments to each client. For example, she can use Sweedish massage techniques to relax muscles or elements of deep tissue massage to help clients recover from an injury. In addition to manual techniques, Alex also uses aromatherapy, cupping, and energy healing methods.
