What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
You will be working with one of our certified personal trainer so that we can focus on your goals. This is not a large group that does a cookie cutter workout. Each workout is tailored specifically for you. You will be training in a private facility that is fun, friendly and non-intimidating.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Fit for Life has been doing this for over 20 years and many of our clients have been with us for over 15 years. Most people dread to exercise so they quit. We make training fun and non-intimidating. We set short-term and long-term goals to keep you motivated as well and do regular assessments.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started as a personal trainer in 1993 in a large box gym. It was a great club but I had a vision to open my own personal training facility that would allow clients to receive personal attention in a fun, non-intimidating environment. My wife did just that with our first club in 1997.

What do you love most about your job?
We love helping others achieve their true fitness potential. Whether we are working with an 18 year old athlete for performance or working with 62 year old who has had a knee replacement and wants to improve strength and lean out, we are able to design a program that is the best fit for the client.
