They even import the apple and pecan woods they use to grill their meats from Mexico, infusing it with smoky flavor. With their rustic chic decor, all wooden ceilings, stone walls, and corrugated metal accents, they welcome patrons to try their version of classic Mexican favorites. The Percheron burrito is stuffed with grilled steak and avocado and drizzled with a spicy chipotle sauce. For a heartier entree, they offer Sonoran Pork ribs, slowly braised and served with hearty redskin potatoes. The kale chef salad is a lighter option, sprinkled with queso, peppers, and avocado.
