What are some of your most popular services?

By far our most popular service is whole body cryotherapy and Cryoskin. We use one of the most unique chambers in town that allows you to choose one of three different levels of coldness. Our clients love working their way up to the higher levels and getting the more out of their whole body cryotherapy experience. I would venture to say our second most popular service is the CHILL Facial™ Cryofacial, followed closely by the LED Light therapy, Localized Spot Treatments, Hydro Massage bed, and the Normatec Muscle Recovery Systems. We also offer a complete skin care line that our clients have fallen in love with.

What do you think clients love them so much?

Whole Body Cryotherapy is popular because of all of the amazing health and wellness benefits they’ve reported seeing in just three minutes. Some of the benefits include an increase in metabolism (burning 500-800 calories per session), reduced inflammation, a boost in performance, a higher level of energy, and the reduced pain that clients report experiencing. Clients love the CHILL Facial™ Cryofacial because of the beauty benefits and reduced fine lines and wrinkles. This therapy builds collagen, smoothes skin tone, tightens skin, decreases pore size, and reduces any blemish breakout. It also helps reduce puffiness and dark under eye circles. LED Light therapy is a client favorite for many reasons, but one of the biggest is that it is FDA cleared to reduce wrinkles, build collagen, reduce acne, and also reduces pain on the infrared setting. We have two LED light machines due to the popularity.

Normatec Muscle Recovery is a BIG HIT with all of our athletes and regular clients alike. They love the peristaltic massage and pain relief they get while using them. Our athletes love them because it helps them recover faster from those long runs and heavy workouts. Our localized spot treatments are also another big favorite, helping to greatly reduce pain and inflammation in a targeted spot. Whether it’s tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, or a sprain, a localized spot treatment is the way to go. Our skincare line is one of the biggest favorites, and it really does compliment everything else that we offer in the spa.

What is one fun, unusual fact about your business?

Chill + Heal is owned and ran by Larry and Jennifer West who both have a history of over 20 combined years in the medical industry. They spent over a year researching, traveling, and compiling the best health and medical spa products available before they opened their doors.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a client?

We have a young client who has fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis so debilitatingly bad that she was in a wheel chair and taking over 5 pain medications and anti anxiety medications daily. When she started coming to us, she had recently started walking on her own again, but was still taking all of the pain and anxiety medications. Within a month of treatments she completely quit taking her pain medications and anxiety medications. She is just one of MANY client testimonials that we hear of every day, and is what makes our business so exciting and rewarding.
