Amy Moss' workouts aren't tied to some fancy piece of exercise equipment. In fact, many of her sessions take place outside of the gym, allowing her students to get fit while surrounded by the fresh air and green grasses of public parks. Moss believes that motivation, not high-tech machinery, is the key to a fitness success, and she works hard to instill enthusiasm and dedication into each one of her clients. To help them reach their goals, she encourages students to become "accountability partners" for one another, and she also modifies each exercise in a routine to ensure it is accessible to exercisers of all ages and abilites.
