Professor Diego Bispo is a world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor and instructor. Kru Adam is a wealth of knowledge in Muay Thai/Striking.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
To be prepared for classes, BJJ classes require a Gi (uniform) and appropriately colored belt (mouth guard and cup optional). No Gi classes require shorts/spats/leggings and t-shirt or rash guard. Striking classes require boxing gloves and typical workout attire.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Just past our one-year anniversary, DBA is a close-knit and family oriented martial arts facility that was born out of determination and the will to succeed!
