Our instructors are able to incorporate their unique fitness and dance backgrounds to the standard barre foundation in order to have a variety of styles for each class!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We strive to provide all the support and positive encouragement you need to better yourself both physically and in your personal life. We believe that health and happiness go hand-in-hand, and the best way to achieve that is together as a team.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help women feel better about themselves by giving them a healthy and fun environment to stay active.

What do you love most about your job?
The best part is hearing the positive changes that clients have experienced after spending time at our studio-- whether it be fitting into those pre pregnancy pants or improving strength and posture. We love building friendships and learning about everyone's individual goals!
