Blue Burrito Cafe, Westbrook

Each day, a delivery driver arrives at Blue Burrito Cafe's kitchen, bringing all the fresh produce needed to make an array of Mexican and Southwest cuisine. Then, chefs combine that produce with other fresh ingredients to create everything on their menu from scratch—from traditional Mexican dishes such as tacos, flautas, and enchiladas, to Southwest specialties such as deep-fried chimichangas.

Blue Burrito's team works equally hard at its bar. To complement food, they squeeze fresh juice in order to make six kinds of margaritas, including a spicy concoction with jalapeño-infused tequila and raspberry liqueur.
