Empower Martial Arts, Wichita

As a member of the American Taekwondo Association, Empower Martial Arts studio dedicates itself to teaching students of all ages the tenets of self-defense. A team of instructors led by eighth-degree black belt Chief Master Stephen Westbrook design age-specific curricula for preschoolers, children, teens, and adults. Using these course plans, they drill students in the techniques of karate, tae kwon do, and Krav Maga. In each program, children and adults develop self-defense skills, confidence, discipline, and the knowledge to resolve conflicts peacefully.
