1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer full body (from head to toe!) permanent reduction sugaring hair removal and skin conditioning treatments. We are pioneers in professional body sugaring and are well trained and educated in providing safe and effective hair removal treatments for men and women of all skin types.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

As consumers, we have the right to expect the best from treatments we receive professionally. As a professional manufacturer, global educator, and extensive R&D advocate, Alexandria Professional® came to realize that our treatments combined with our unique, healthy and natural home skin remedies could make a strong impact in the beauty industry. We became known as the company who pioneered "professional sugaring" and later became labelled as a "Sweet Revolution™"!

3. What do you love most about your job?

The results we provide people, which for some can be life changing. Of course our clients leave hair-free but their skin also begins to look healthier as they continue treatments. We aren't just removing hair but conditioning and improving the skin while reducing hair growth.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I can't believe how great this felt! I feel so soft and clean!" is the reaction we get a lot. People are often surprised at how gentle the sugar is and how good their skin looks and feels after the treatment compared to other hair removal methods they've tried. We've even had people fall asleep during treatments!
