Downtown Worcester's Rice Violet serves a flavorful selection of authentic Bangkok-style Thai food. One of the keys to that cuisine is a unique variety of rice, known as riceberry, a crossbreed of jasmine and black rice that's packed with more antioxidants than green tea. Riceberry is far from the eatery's nutritious offerings. Most dishes can be prepared as vegetarian options per diners' requests, and vegan items make up about half of the menu.
