I had an issue with my redemption code working, sent an email, and got a response quickly that resolved the issue. I haven’t received my results, yet; but I’m happy with the customer service.
I bought the test on Fourth of July. I booked my blood work the next day on the fifth the day later on Sunday the sixth I received my results that was very fast and keep in mind. Quest lab does the diagnostic so it’s a reputable brand.
