- Qualified instructors teach class participants the art of Jiu-Jitsu, which is a mixture of wrestling, judo, and ground fighting. Another class - Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba as a synthesis of his martial studies, philosophy, and religious beliefs. Classes of Pentjak Silat are also available which means, literally, the formal movements or choreography (Pentjak) of fighting (Silat).
