Dr. and his entire staff are amazing!!! Dr was super knowledgeable, patient, and took his time explaining everything, and answering any questions i had. I walked in almost legally blind, walked out with comfortable contacts, and 20/20 vision. i’ve never been told i had astigmatisms, and i could never wear contacts cuz they were always too uncomfortable... i couldn’t be happier with my visit!!! Guess that is why his office has been around for over 20 years! Highly recommend!

Knowledge Doctor and efficient staff. Despite outbreak, office was clean and sterile. Was screened for symptoms both days before the visit and before entering. My Groupon was honored with a few caveats but overall I appreciate the thorough nature, care and professionalism shown.

Took a long time. My appointment was at 4:30 and I was done at 6. The first thing they tell you is you have to have a test that’s not included in the Groupon and that is $39. I declined the test. The eye doctor and staff were all very nice.

About Advanced Vision Institute

The traditional eye exam isn't without its merits. Methods such as eye chart reading, eye-muscle movement scrutiny, and rousing games of "made you blink" have served optometrists well for years––and doctors Eric Brooker and Wanwalee Charoenchote of Advanced Vision Institute still employ them. But the doctors also stay hip to up-and-coming eye care trends, which is why they enlist contemporary technology during HD eye exams. These exams incorporate high-definition eye scanning and imaging, which can better identify impending cataracts, night-vision issues, dry eyes, visual floaters, and distorted vision caused by trauma.

But the optometrists don't stick strictly to eye exams; their services span everything from LASIK treatments to custom-fitting for contacts. Plus, their office sells glasses and contacts on-site, offering up practical yet stylish frames from big names such as Prada and Coach, and contacts from manufacturers such as Acuvue and Bausch & Lomb.
