Great massage. Was supposed to have a massage and facial but there was a family emergency and the facial tech was not available. The company generously allowed me to have an extra hour massage in place of the facial and it was a wonderful experience.

My first experience was better felt a bit rushed to finish the enhancements I was upsold on she went 8 minutes over according to the clock trying to get it all in 60 minutes. Also I like quite and no up sells after we enter the room. She was a nice lady very sweet ask for medium it was very light . If I use her again maybe will ask for firm. Service was just ok today

I paid for a massage & facial package. I have not been able to receive the facial yet they don’t have anyone that can do it I was really disappointed. They said they would call to reschedule the facial but no one has called and it’s been 3-weeks. I reached out to them and still nothing yet. The massage was okay.

It was horrific experience, never again. I booked a full body massage for my husband and I. He only get half body massage. I never see my husband so disappointed and angry after a massage. Basically the guy who gave him the massage gave him a foot rub that’s about it. We complain to the owner when we pay. She did nothing. She doesn’t care about customer service, doesn’t care about repeat customer. That’s fine. I will never ever go back, not even for free massage. Terrible management.
