About Allegiance Fitness
Allegiance Fitness founder Justin Gray thinks of his 35,000-square-foot facility as a fitness revolution. In planning, he wanted to fuse the equipment and amenities of a big box gym with the intensity and functional exercises that CrossFit gyms offer. So he developed a set of workout classes they refer to as a Revolution: 45 minutes of high-intensity interval training with everything from tire flipping and push-ups to climbing a 14-foot high warped wall.
Those looking for a more traditional gym experience can also enroll in an open membership that grants them access to all strength-training equipment and classes. In addition to those sessions and CrossFit workouts of the day, their class list also includes cardio kickboxing and core yoga. Justin believes in his regimen's efficacy and touts it as an ideal form of training for anyone who wants to get in better shape or run obstacle courses, or expects to be sucked inside a video game shortly.
