The concealed-carry-permit class covers topics such as selecting a gun, safe storage, and marksmanship fundamentals before students practice shooting single- and double-action revolvers and semiautomatic pistols on one of the facility’s ranges. Upon completion, they are qualified to apply for both the Missouri concealed-carry permit and the Florida nonresident concealed-weapon license. <p>
In the basics course, instructors provide pupils with hands-on training in threat response, the basics of shooting while moving, and vehicle- and structure-defense techniques. Throughout of nine hours, they practice firing up to 330 rounds of ammo in three different tactical-training structures.<p>
