The radiant heat of hot stones allows the therapist to more effectively treat particularly tense muscles while also promoting a calm, relaxed state. During deep-tissue massages, the therapist focuses on alleviating the chronic aches caused by knotted musculature and connective tissue.

Results! Isn’t that what everyone wants? Everyone has a gift in life and my gift is massage. I am a small business owner with a passion for helping others live a better quality of life. Specializing in pain management, I get to the root of the problem and tailor my bodywork to your specific needs.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Every human being is different and unique. What may work on one individual may not work for another. I started my own health studio because I wanted to give my clients the best possible care. I wanted to take the time and put in the effort to get results.
What do you love most about your job?
At the end of the day, I enjoy knowing that I made a positive difference in someone’s life. It inspires me knowing other people can life a better quality of life because of the work I do, because of the work I am so passionate about.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
One of my clients has been playing softball for 10 years and 5 years of that has been playing with severe pain. After just two sessions, he stated that he has never felt better and now he can play twice as long without pain.
